How it works

A clear, considered journey from first enquiry to event day - and the moments after.

Enquire

Use the enquiry form or book a complimentary 30-minute call. Share the event type, date, location, guest count and the kind of support you're looking for.

Consultation

A short call to understand your vision, budget and the level of involvement that will suit you. There is no pressure to commit at this stage - it is a conversation.

Proposal

You receive a branded proposal outlining scope, fee, timeline and exactly what is included. Anything bespoke is quoted clearly so you can decide with confidence.

Onboarding

On agreement, contracts are signed, the deposit is taken, and your planning timeline begins. Welcome documents and key dates are shared up front.

Planning & delivery

Suppliers are sourced and managed, design is shaped, and the run sheet is built. On the day, I lead the event so you can be fully present.

Aftercare

A thank-you, a feedback request, and any final supplier wrap-ups. If we collect lovely imagery, you'll receive it for your own use.
